My family and I had a really rough experience during our stay. While the kids enjoyed the water park, the hotel itself was far from clean and the service was lacking. We faced numerous cleanliness issues in our room and the dining options were quite disappointing considering the price. The whole place needs serious attention to improve the stay for families.

The room could have been cleaner, and the lack of housekeeping was disappointing, especially given the high price.
